How do YOU want to feel this day, month, and year?

Instead of talking about external goals (the one's society and the media serve up on a platter), we want to get down to the heart of the matter – YOU!!
You have Aspirations, Hopes, Dreams - so only you can make a plan to achieve them.
Everyone has a bucket list, to-do lists, objectives, goals - except the truth is you’re not chasing the goal. Newsflash: You’re chasing a feeling you hope the goal will give you.
That distinction is key to transforming your life in ways beyond your wildest dreams.

What’s a Desire Map Workshop?

This introductory workshop (inspired by the bestseller The Desire Map by Danielle LaPorte) is a soul-heart-body experience. It will help you:
** Feel good - every day it begins with getting clear on what you already have in your life
** Get more clearly on what you want to leave behind
** Get more clearly on what you want to bring into the future with you
** Pinpoint the root of your desires
** Create a map of how you desire to feel in one of the five key areas of your life.
Then, once you are clear on how you actually want to feel in your life, you then set your intentions.

What you will gain?

Every activity and exercise in this workshop will support you in taking the first step to discovering some of your Core Desired Feelings. Why Feelings? Because something magical happens when you focus on how you want to feel:
• You remember your light, your true nature, your source.
• You use your preferred feelings as the foundation for goal-setting and making choices, and for being more present and alive.
• You can access comfort and clarity during painful times.
• You accentuate the positive aspects of your life, while still honouring, and not invalidating, the negative parts that you want to change.

• Life Areas Introduction
• Focus on One Life Area
• Gratefulness Exercise
• Define what is working, what’s not working
• Leave with knowing how I want to feel in my chosen life area
• Key Take Away: Select a "Core Desired Feeling"
• Key Take Away: Define One Thing that will help achieve that Core Desired Feeling

About Pamela Durant

Pamela Durant is the Founder & Managing Director of Diapoint ME. She has over 20 years of healthcare experience and is a Certified Wellness Coach from USA based Wellcoaches, which also teaches coaching and Positive Psychology to Harvard Medical students. She is also licensed in Danielle Laporte’s Desire Map and Fire Starter Methodologies.
She is the caretaker a child who was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes over nine years ago when he was just 20-months old. In 2016, she left a successful, 20-year corporate career that included working for one of the “Big 4” and a top Fortune company in order to directly support those who were facing similar challenges.
