The role requires superior ability to operate on a strategic level as well as executive outreach campaigns and manage individual tasks to ensure the strategy is implemented to the highest possible standard. The successful applicant must ensure regular contact with key clients is maintained and that all clients receive an exceptional level of VIP service from us. Above all else, we are looking for a self-starter and someone who implements lateral, out of the box thinking, to get the job done.
The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Inviting and confirming targeting VIP guests and delegates
Ensuring our CRM is kept up to date with comprehensive notes on our key clients
Maintaining regular telephone and email contact with our VIPS
Ensuring VIP delegate programmes are personalised and that they receive a high level of service
Co-ordinating delegate and sponsor newsletters and other written communication with the marketing team and ensuring the client communication plan is rolled out as formulated
Liaising with Embassies and industry associations to organise the delegations and ensure all delegates have the information they require
Assisting the Group Director of Programmes and Partnerships and the Project Director from time to time on the invitation of VIP speakers where they relate to international speakers and initiatives

A high level of self-motivation is a must; candidates must be able to demonstrate they can work independently and intelligently to fulfill set objectives.
Fluency in Arabic is required.
