Manage and implement the conceptualization and creation of compelling design deliverables, such as brochures, promotions, digital marketing design elements etc, in order to enable the Group Brand’s marketing and branding activities and effectively impact the wider Group’s business and commercial imperatives.
International luxury chain of hotels.
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or equivalent from an accredited and renowned University (essential)
Min 5+ years’ experience in a similar role (desirable)
Skill in developing and making effective presentations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Lead and develop high performance teams
Experience with luxury hotel brands (desirable)
Full Digital design capabilities for HTML, banners, etc
Ability and experience in managing production and print processes
Strong marketing skills, and the ability to concepts into compelling visual design.
Expert in using software design packages such as Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D Studio, Acrobat, Dreamweaver.
Creative and innovative approach to marketing content development.
Flexible with schedule to meet business demands
Strong knowledge of all media forms and design adaptations
Creative and a critical trained eye for creative review
Multiple language skills including Arabic (desirable)
Be able to artwork deliverable to production ready standards.
