Your role is to manage and produce a content library that will support ongoing innovation and product priorities and which can be adapted by local markets
Depending on the timing of the assignment, the candidate will be involved in developing and localising content (written articles, infographics, multimedia content) in support of external events/campaigns (e.g. mVisa and VCO campaign highlights, Visa Everywhere Initiative) and upcoming research studies (CEMEA Digital Payments study, Global Cashless Cities Study).
The content is primarily being produced for Visa’s digital newsrooms, Insite and potentially Visa’s social channels (Elevate/LinkedIn, Twitter). The candidate will be supporting Visa’s communications hub team and may likely produce localised content to support of CEMEA’s market teams.

- Strong writing and content production skills are essential.
- Understanding of digital communications and social media including an awareness of what type of content resonates on owned digital channels, and measuring reach and success metrics.
- Prior PR agency or journalism skills would be ideal, especially those who have worked with technology, finance and lifestyle brands/accounts.
- General business and communication skills are also preferred.
- Previous 5 years + experience.
