This person will design and evaluate a learning journey for CRM target audiences that enables learning design and delivery in line with project timelines.

Designs a blended learning journey for CRM target audiences which enables agile learning design and delivery in line with project timelines.
Assesses, Designs, develops, implements & evaluates learning solutions.
Seeks opportunities to continually improve learning content
Designs and implements an evaluation framework which measures impact of learning and informs stakeholders whether required capability to use CRM effectively is being achieved.
Facilitates learning events both face to face and remotely.
Provides training to CRM champions to equip them to facilitate classroom sessions and provide on the job support to employees to further embed CRM learning.
Ensures learners receive an engaging and enabling learning experience.
Proactively plans the rollout of CRM learning and documents the plan inclusive of timelines, actions and owners.
Strong collaboration with CRM Programme team, IT trainer and Learning Admin to create content and execute on the Learning Plan for CRM.
Tracks any potential risks or issues in the execution of the CRM learning plan, escalating whether appropriate.
Prepares and plans for learning delivery ahead of time ensuring learning environment is organized and prepared and all learning material and resources are available.
Regularly reports progress against plan to stakeholders including CRM programme lead and Head of Talent, Learning and Development.
Working with a well established bank in the region that is fast growing.
Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills
High Learning agility, can acquire new knowledge effectively and proactively source new information where required
Strong planning and organising skills with experience leading on a complex learning projects impacting 1000+ employees
Ability to create engaging and impactful blended learning programmes
Strong learning design and facilitation skills
Experience creating Learning Evaluation Frameworks
Proven ability to deliver on time, to a high quality and manage stakeholders through a project
Experience with CRM tools preferred but not essential
IT skills- across major tools- Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/Learning Management Systems
