Our client, a UAE lifestyle app provider, has 3 opportunities in their Customer Contact Team.
The role is very flexible and they are looking for individuals to work 3 days a week for a minimum of 4 hours between the working hours of 10:30am - 5pm from their offices in Dubai.
The team is being set up to contact new customers at different stages of the customer journey and provide them with assistance in setting up the app and answer any queries they may have.
- Outgoing calls to customers
- Explaining the features of the app
- Guiding them through the set up process to ensure they get the most out of it

• Experience of working with customers over the telephone
• Professional yet able to build rapport
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Additional languages preferable
