Privilee are looking for a highly creative, organised, self-motivated marketing superstar, who has a proven track record of delivering marketing campaigns which cut through the noise, captures consumer attention, are relatable and ultimately drives business performance.
The ideal candidate should be a marketing trailblazer that thinks out of the box and can demonstrate a real understanding of what a show stopping 360 marketing campaign looks like. They should show tangible experience in developing and executing creative digital marketing campaigns which deliver winning results!
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for all member and non-member marketing, product positioning, the design of the customer journey mapping, campaign development and the delivery and execution of the marketing plan.
1: Deliver showstopping marketing campaigns and strengthen product positioning
•To create showstopping marketing campaigns that position our products in a way that capitalises on the seasonal events, local/cultural nuances, industry trends - ultimately hitting the nail on the head in terms of relevance
•To develop bespoke marketing materials which is relevant to the different customer personas and nationalities we cater for
•To take part in continuous development of our brand and product offering including a compelling loyalty, reward and referral program to ensure we continue to address the needs of our members
2: Develop marketing strategies, plans and delivery via hands-on execution
•To develop multiple marketing strategies which focus on different areas of our business, such as generating leads, developing our referral program, improving customer experience, evolving the brand identity and multi market strategies
•To develop the marketing plan in line with the business strategy, ensuring the plan is executed on-time and within budget across our core marketing channels (Social Media, Press, Website, Blog, Newsletters and App)
•To constantly track and review performance whilst iterating as you go; ensure each of our marketing efforts continues to improve
3: Gather insights and ensuring all marketing efforts connect customers and product
•To conduct in-depth market research and analysis to evaluate trends and keep up-to-date with comparative offerings, ensuring Privilee is always competitive and one step ahead
Ensure all communication and marketing efforts connect the customer and product together and takes into consideration the full customer journey from being a non-member into a member and beyond.

•Minimum of 7 years total marketing experience with at least 3 years of them in digital marketing
•Experience from marketing agency and/or head office marketing role for an FMCG and/or lifestyle brand
•An expert in digital marketing, social media, web and analytics
•Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or relevant field
•Energetic, relentless and bursting with ideas
•Creative team-player with the ability to manage through others
•Strong organisation and time-management skills
•Preferably a native English speaker
