Our client is looking for an office manager who can take care of the day to day office duties.
* Provide general administrative support
* Completing administrative tasks like filing, delivering, accepting mails, making payments. etc.
* Organising and maintaining the reception area
* Taking and directing calls
* Keeping basic office supplies
* Setting up meeting facilities
* Arranging for catering for daily office use and meetings
* Greeting visitors to the facility warmly
* Scheduling appointments and meetings
* Complete the formalities and compliance for the company
* Book keeping/maintain books of accounts and co-ordinate with the Auditors.
* Manage travel arrangements - visa, flights, accommodation and transport.
* Other Secretarial work
* Representing the company with a positive attitude and professional appearance
Agricultural Commodities Trading Firm based in DMCC.
* Perfect spoken and written English
* A pleasant and polite telephone manner.
* Smart and well groomed appearance
* 2-5 years relevant experience in the UAE
* Basic book keeping skills. Knowledge of accounting software Tally
* Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
* Flexible and independent
Depending upon experience
