Working on a number of prestigious government initiatives, it is essential the right candidate is able to work in a under pressure and able to meet strict deadlines.

* Respond to telephone/email enquiries Use Microsoft packages, particularly Word and Excel Assist with all administrative duties
* Managing a team of 15 A sound understanding of data protection and confidentiality
*Managing payments and cash flow on behalf of the business * Work to deadlines in a calm and confident manner when under pressure Liaise with customers and providers to company standards
* Manage the owners diary, booking appointments and travel requirements
Large entertainment company based in RAK.
Must be fluent in Arabic
Must have experience in a similar role in the UAE
