Our client is seeking an Office Manager to undertake all administration activities in line with legal, financial and operational activities of the business.
The Office Manager will also facilitate the further growth of the organisation by providing a proactive, professional and comprehensive administrative support function.
A manufacturing and distribution company based in Dubai
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent comparable work experience) is required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an office administration environment
- Excellent IT skills, plus demonstrable organizational skills
- Experience of budget management
- Excellent command of English, ideally Arabic or German
- Good level of business acumen, ability to build credibility fast
- Prior experience of working in an MNC
