1- Email management
2- Calendar management and Reminders- Need to manage and run calendar on a daily basis and remind manager about the upcoming meetings and events.
3- Business and Social Networks -Need to coordinate and schedule for Business and social networks. Be familiar with all the Business and social networks.
4- Contact Updates as per company process
5- Manage meetings
6- Travel - Need to book and coordinate the travel for the manager
7- Media Training and other trainings. - Need to coordinate all the things
8- Project management for all clients
9- Follow up Follow up with every client after the project is very important
10-Filing and office organization - Maintain filing system.
