Patient Relations Officer

Our partners Drs. Nicolas & Asp, the Largest Private Dental Healthcare Provider in the United Arab Emirates, are looking for a Patient Relations Officer, 9am -3pm
Marketing & PR duties:
•Planning Publicity Strategies and Campaigns
•Writing and producing presentations
•Dealing with enquiries from the public and related organizations
•Organizing and attending promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits
•Speaking publicly at gatherings, events and conferences
providing patients with information about DNA’s services and promotions
Front Office duties:
•To attend patients approaching the front desk in the procedure of check-in and check- out, inquiries and all related matters in line with the policies of the organization
•Greets patients in a friendly and professional manner on their arrival and offers refreshments.
•Answers the Telephone within 3 rings in a friendly and professional manor
•Schedules and confirms appointments via the telephone or face to face following the patient’s or the Doctor’s request using the standard booking protocols.
•Answers all questions and queries patients may have or investigate and return their call immediately providing information regarding Centre policies and procedures
•Assist patients in completing registration forms, when necessary or direct them on how to do so
•Take copies of patient’s Emirates ID card and insurance card and prepare insurance claim form as required.
•Prepare daily schedule and reports for clinical support staff in advance
•Confirm all appointments 24 hours in advance for relevant Doctors.
•Follow-up on did-not-attend and cancelled appointments/open treatment plans and prepare report for Practice Manager.
•Solicit other necessary information to register patients.
•Correct registration or documented errors.
•Re-files all patient charts according to the Centers Medical/Dental Record Policy
•Responsible for requesting and recording patient’s feedback and advise management of necessary changes
•Able to identify and record source of referrals
•Ensure compliance with all Government regulations.
•Provide back-up at other Branches as and when required
