The position is working with the sales and tenders team assisting with winning new business.
- Preparing tender documentation
- Organising pricing structure
- Presenting tenders and information to new clients in a professional way
- Engaging with new clients
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules
- Filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Responding to customers and give after-sales support when requested
A bespoke supply solutions company
- Experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
